Blueberry May Have Positive Effects on Liver Function~!
A recent study shows that blueberries may have a protective and preventative effect on liver disease. According to study results, blueberry has a prohibitive effect on the proliferation of cells that are implicated in liver fibrosis. The study suggests that these effects may be mediated through HO-1 and the Nrf2 antioxidant system.
